The Hosted Planner groups are hosted by Convening EMEA Partners and awarded to selected business event planners. By completing this form, you are agreeing to participate in all of the below.
This opportunity includes:
Registration to Convening EMEA 2026 in Lisbon, 13th – 15th September 2026
Choice of offsite Exploration Tour – 13 September
Welcome Party – 13 September
Celebration Dinner – 14 September
Two (2) nights’ accommodation in HQ Hotel Lisbon
Participation in your host’s programme that will complement your event experience (Should this include pre or post programming, you will be informed at time of acceptance to advise on availability)
All-access pass to the onsite event and event platform, pre-, during and post-event
Refreshments & lunches 14 and 15 September
Post-event access to the event platform for 12 months
Please note that travel to Lisbon is the responsibility of the individual.
