Convening EMEA All Access Pass 

The Hosted Planner groups are hosted by Convening EMEA Partners and awarded to selected event planners. By completing this form, you are agreeing to participate in all of the below.

This opportunity includes: 

• Registration to Convening EMEA 2025 in Rotterdam, 14th – 16th October.   

• Full event registration & access to digital content for 12 months 

• Offsite Exploration Tour, Welcome Party & ‘Set Sail with Rotterdam’ Dinner 

• Travel pass & two nights’ accommodation. 

• Participation in your host’s programme that will complement your event experience throughout 14 – 16 October (Should this include pre or post programming you will be informed at time of acceptance to advise on availability)

Tentative Programme (subject to change):  To complement your overall event experience, one of the following programme elements will be included within your programme
