Where can I stay and how can I book accommodation for Convening EMEA 2025 in Rotterdam?
Attendees of PCMA Convening EMEA 2025 in Rotterdam will have option to choose a selection of hotel experiences at special PCMA EMEA rates.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
There are no refunds for cancellations received after 26th August 2025. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.
Can I substitute my registration to another person?
Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/co-worker must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]) and must be dated on or before 17:00 CET on 23rd September 2025. These requests will not be accepted without advance written authorisation from PCMA ([email protected]) A $50 substitution processing fee will apply.
Are there student rates available?
Yes, the student rate is $120 to attend Convening EMEA 2025 and if you are not already a student member of PCMA please join PCMA for Free.

Complimentary Transport Ticket Discounts Codes; Participants at Convening EMEA will receive 2 discount codes offering complimentary transport tickets;
- Airport Transfer Train Ticket Amsterdam Schiphol to Rotterdam Centraal; Rotterdam Partners have arranged with their Partner Dutch Railways a discount code to activate a complimentary return train ticket. The Discount code can be used for travel between from 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 and will be unique (not transferrable). This discount code will be communicated to each registered participant by email closer to the event.
- Rotterdam City Card including 3 Day Travel Pass; Rotterdam Partners have arranged with their own Rotterdam City Card, which they offer to visitors and congress delegates, a discount code to activate a complimentary Rotterdam City Card including 3 Day transport ticket for travel around Rotterdam city. The Rotterdam City Card can be used for 3 Days once activated. This discount code will be communicated to each registered participant by email closer to the event unique (not transferrable).

A high speed Intercity train takes you to Rotterdam Central Station from Schiphol in 24-26 minutes with 4 trains per hour
How close is the venue Postillion Hotel and Convention Center WTC to Rotterdam Centraal Train Station?
The train station is a 16 minute walk or a tram journey (6 min – trams run every 4 minutes). You can see the best routes on Google Maps.
Where and when do I collect my name badge/register onsite for the event?
You can register onsite at the registration desk from 11:00 on 14th October at Postillion Hotel and Convention Center WTC
I want to participate in an Exploration tour on afternoon of 14th October so how do I book my place?

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
There is no onsite registration for Convening EMEA 2025 and tickets may sell out so please register early!
