ACCOMMODATION
Participants of Convening EMEA 2025 in Rotterdam will have the option to choose a selection of hotel experiences at special PCMA EMEA rates. The host HQ hotels are Postillion and Hilton Hotels. There are also 3 other hotel options in the city centre within walking distance of the event venue. Registered participants can book accommodation using the accommodation platform.

Experience Rotterdam from many different vantage points on the curated tours taking place on 14th October. You can choose to experience the city’s innovation from the water visiting a floating farm or why not see how Rotterdam is dealing with climate change on the rooftops.
