How do I access the 10-15% TAP Airfare discount?
The discount code is included in the registration confirmation email, so once you register, you will receive the code and details on how to book.
My flight arrives into Lisbon Airport so how do I travel to the FIL venue and hotels?
BY METRO; Take the Red Line from the airport (direction São Sebastião), to Oriente station – three stops (journey time 8 minutes). More info on the How to get there page
By E-Taxi; Uber and Bolt Apps operate in Lisbon and the journey to the FIL and recommended hotels is under 10 minutes.
How close is the venue FIL and Hotels to Oriente Train Station?
When you arrive at Oriente Station you will see the HQ Hotels Tivoli and Melia Oriente, which are only 150 metres away (2 minutes walk) and the FIL venue is 600 metres away (8 minutes walk).
Where and when do I collect my name badge onsite for the event?
You can collect your badge at the venue FIL from 11:00 on Sunday 13th September at FIL – R. do Bojador, 1998-010 Lisboa, Portugal.
I want to participate in an Exploration tour on afternoon of 13th September at 15.30hrs so how do I book my place and where is the Tour departure point?
You can select an Exploration Tour as part of the Registration process, and you can view the descriptions for each tour here. Once you have collected your name badge at the FIL venue, you will be directed to the tour’s meeting point.

I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; so how do I inform the team onsite?
We kindly request that you confirm accessibility and dietary requirements in your registration so we can make sure to have your full information in order to prepare and support you onsite.
Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
There is no onsite registration for Convening EMEA 2026 and tickets may sell out so please register early!
What do I do if I need to cancel or make a substitution of my registration?
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]). All in-person registrations include a non-refundable $50,- processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 31st July. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or digital registrations.
Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/co-worker must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]) and must be dated on or before 17:00 CET on 21st August. These requests will not be accepted without advance written authorisation from PCMA ([email protected]). A $50,- substitution processing fee will apply.
I am a student. Can I attend Convening EMEA?
Yes, student members are offered a reduced rate $120 to attend Convening EMEA. Students are offered Free Annual Membership of PCMA. We recommend all students to join PCMA and then register for Convening EMEA at the reduced rate. For more information on student membership, click here.
